Four days of advanced musical training, artistic exchange, and immersion in the world of Niccolò Paganini in the heart of Genoa.

From 22 to 25 October 2026, the Premio Paganini, in collaboration with the Conservatorio Niccolò Paganini within the Ottobre Paganini festival, will present a prestigious violin masterclass led by renowned violinist and pedagogue Ulf Wallin.

Open to young violinists aged between 15 and 29, the masterclass will offer selected participants a unique high-level artistic and educational experience at the headquarters of the Premio Paganini and the Conservatory of Genoa.

In addition to the teaching activities, admitted participants will enjoy a special “Paganini Experience,” including reserved access to festival events, free admission to the city’s Musei Civici, and a guided tour of places connected to the life of Niccolò Paganini and his historic violins.

Participation is free of charge upon selection by Prof. Wallin, based on the evaluation of the application videos submitted by candidates.
