Non Aoyama

Born in Okayama, Japan in 2004, she started playing the violin at the age of 4. She entered the Faculty of Music of Tokyo University of the Arts as a Tokuji Munetsugu special scholarship student at the top of the class.

Second prize at the 91st Japan Music Competition. First prize at the 70th National Student Music Competition of Japan, and the Togi Prize and Usagi Sokudo Prize. Awarded 2nd Prize and Virtuoso Prize at the 17th Kloster Schoenthal International Competition (Germany). Semifinalist, Menuhin International Competition 2018 in Geneva (Switzerland). Passed Hama's JACK Golden Egg Audition, Z category. 2nd Prize at the 1st Gerard Poulet Competition (youngest). 1st Prize and Grand Prix at the SAKURA JAPAN MUSIC COMPETITION 2020. 1st Prize and Runner-up Grand Prix at the 22nd Japan Performers Competition. Performed at the G7 Kurashiki Labor and Employment Ministerial Meeting. Grand Prix at the 24th Okayama Arts and Culture Award.

She has performed with Tokyo Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra, Hama's JACK Orchestra led by a member of NHK Symphony Orchestra, Geidai Philharmonia Orchestra, Osaka Philharmonic Orchestra, Okayama Philharmonic Orchestra, Senri Philharmonia Orchestra, etc. She has given solo recitals since 2017. She has been giving solo recitals since 2017. Currently studying with Chiyoko Noguchi, Masaaki Tanokura, Reiko Watanabe, Tsugio Tokunaga, and Masafumi Hori.
